It’s time to share another Erstwilder review but this time, we are exploring the Woodlands collection. Now if you know me, you would know that I love anything within this theme; give me cute forests, mushrooms and animals any day! When I first saw the collection I got super excited and was instantly drawn to a few favourites. Today I will be sharing and giving a short review of the pieces I loved from the collection.

Let’s start with everyone’s favourite Erstwilder items, the brooches. I was instantly drawn to Mini Mulder, the adorable little fox. So I may already have 3 or 4 fox brooches but another one can’t hurt that much, can it? This little guy had the most beautiful resin pattern I had seen in quite some time. I loved the swirls of orange, gold, yellow and white all mixed through making each one unique. I was so happy with my resin swirl and think the little face on this fox is very cute.
The second brooch I selected was ‘Well Spotted’, a super cute red mushroom. These little mushrooms are one of my favourite things and yes, I know they are poisonous. I remember the first time I saw one in real life, I was so excited and there’s now a photo of me pointing at a mushroom with the happiest expression you could ever imagine. But I digress, back to brooches. This little fungus has a stunning red glitter resin hat and little white patches all over. He is a great size and the perfect addition to my brooch collection. Erstwilder has released red-spotted mushroom brooches before but this one is the closest to the real thing in terms of it’s look.

Oh, the joys of matchy-matchy. I could not pass up the chance to own super cute little red mushroom earrings so here we have ‘The Spore the Marrier Stud Earrings’. Ok, I love them, they are just too cute and I can’t wait to wear them all the time. These earrings also come in a dangle version but I love me a super cute stud (who doesn’t). Despite their petite size, they have a great size and thickness to them so they aren’t flimsy. I really like the red resin pattern on the mushroom top and its little white spots are toe-curlingly cute!

Now let’s look at some scarves. These lightweight scarves are made from 100% Polyester, with a velvet chiffon feel; each design comes in two sizes, a smaller headscarf and a larger neck scarf. I love these scarves and I wear them in a multitude of different ways depending on my mood, how my hair worked out that day and how simple of a vintage style I can muster. Below is a collection of some of my favourites from this collection.
I was definitely vibing with all the neck scarves in this collection but like normal, all these patterns also come in head scarf sizes. I’ve found with all the cooler weather, I have definitely worn by neck scarves a lot more but around the house, the headscarves are amazing. I also always chuck on a headscarf when I pop to the shops if my hair isn’t done.
Overall, this is a wonderful collection with so many great pieces. I will definitely be grabbing a few extra pieces as to how could I not? Let me know what you think of this collection and what pieces you plan on grabbing for yourself.
