It’s been a hot minute since I reviewed Louella DeVille and since my last review, there have been heaps of new styles, prints, and items in the shop. For those that don’t know, Louella DeVille is a fast-growing Aussie pinup clothing and accessories online store that really is your one-stop pinup shop. With so many beautiful items made from high-quality fabrics, you really do get a lot of bang for your buck. Today, we review the Flirty Floral Frenchie Sun Dress and some beautifully matching accessories.

Louella DeVille Flirty Floral Frenchie Sun Dress
When I first saw the Louella Deville Flirty Floral Frenchie Sun dressSun dress, the cut reminded me of a dress Audrey Hepburn wore on a date in the film Sabrina. This instantly made me fall in love with the cut as it felt elegant, classy and a little bit cute. The print features coloured flowers including purple roses, yellow/orange tiger lilies and smaller pink/orange flowers; the colours make this a beautiful summery dress but also give it a chance to be worn during spring. The dress features fully adjustable wide straps, a lined bodice, pockets, and a full gathered skirt. The dress is knee length with ample room for a petticoat. The dress retails for $135 and is available in sizes 8 to 24.
I found the Flirty Floral Frenchie Sun Dress really comfortable and light to wear. I can see myself throwing on a darker purple cardigan to make it more winter appropriate or a big sun hat for summer days. The bodice style was very flattering and I didn’t have any underarm spillage. The pockets are lovely and deep; plenty of room for my phone and a spare lipstick.

Louella DeVille Poppy Brooch
The Louella DeVille Poppy Brooch was the perfect brooch for this dress as the purple tones matched perfectly. Handmade out of high-quality acrylic, this poppy is constructed from three separate pieces and features a safety brooch backing. The brooch measures approximately 5cm and retails for $22. These brooches are really beautiful accessories for a wide selection of items. Especially with ANZAC day coming up, the poppy brooch is a wonderful symbol for remembrance. It is also available in red.

Patent Thin Belt
The Louella DeVille Patent Thin Belt in purple was well constructed, is a one-size fits all kind of deal and is super comfortable. This belt is on the thinner side and is available is a wide range of colours. These belts are a bargain at the recommended retail price of $14 and can fit up to a size 20/38″ waist.

Louella DeVille Glitter Earrings
To add a little bit of sparkle, the Louella DeVille Glitter Earrings were the perfect finishing touch. These small round resin studs were comfortable, simple and the perfect bit of bling for this outfit. The resin also features flakes of iridescent sparkle which gave it that extra special touch and made the earrings a bit more fun.

Louella DeVille Rose Flower Crown in Pink/Purple
I love roses, most people know I do, so this was a really beautiful little accessory to tie in the spring theme of the overall outfit. The rose flower crown headband features high-quality pink/purple roses that compliment any and all outfits. The headband is really comfortable and doesn’t press or put pressure on your head whilst you wear it.

Final thoughts
There’s nothing better than a bright and floral spring outfit; although the weather is cooling down, it’s comforting to know that with a light cardigan, this outfit can be worn for another season.
